How to Make Instant Pot Brussels Sprouts
Brussels sprouts are delicious and healthy, making them perfect for any meal. However, they can seem quite tricky to make. If they’re not cooked for long enough, Brussels sprouts will be too soft and mushy. However, if they’re cooked for too long, Brussels sprouts will become hard and too chewy. Don’t worry, we’ve got two perfect recipes for you that will make sure these vegetables turn out just right!
Preparing Brussels Sprouts
Regardless of what recipe you decide to use, you want to prepare the Brussels sprouts to be cooked. First, wash them thoroughly, making sure to remove any dirt. Then, pat them dry and peel off any leaves that are yellowing. Lastly, trim the stem and cut the Brussels sprouts either in halves or quarters, depending on their size and the recipe you’re using. Now, you’re ready to get cooking!
