Create Your Mixtures
To start, you want to mix a tin of condensed milk with one teaspoon of vanilla essence and a pinch of salt. Whisk the mixture together until it’s smooth. In another bowl, beat together a pot of double cream until it forms stiff peaks. The best test is to pull the whisk out of the bowl and see if the cream can stand up on its own.
Add In Extras
Once you have your two mixtures made, carefully pour the condensed milk into the cream and continue to beat until it’s mixed. If you want to add in any extras, then now is your time to throw them into the mixture. This could be your favorite candy, chocolate chips, or just about anything else you want to flavor it.

Freeze It!
Now comes the easy part. All you need to do is spoon the mixture into a freezable container, such as a tin used for making bread, and cover the top. The amount of time you leave it in the freezer will depend on how cold you keep it, but six to eight hours is usually enough. The best bit? This recipe doesn’t need any mixing halfway through.
