So what is cloud bread? It’s a delicious air-filled bread that some people claim tastes just like meringue. The best bit? You only need three ingredients and a little bit of time to create the fluffy bread for yourself.

To make cloud bread, you need to gather 30 grams of white sugar, 10 grams of cornstarch, and three eggs. Yes, that really is all you need to make this delicious Tik Tok trend.

Simple Cooking Steps

To start, whisk all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Many people say that using an electric whisk is easier due to the amount of whipping you’ll need to do. Continue to mix the ingredient together until you are left with a super-stiff mixture. Then, lay the mixture out onto a baking tray. You want to try and make it into the shape of a half-sphere if you wish for your cloud bread to look authentic. Finally, you merely place the bread into the oven at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.

Add In Any Extras

One of the best bits about cloud bread is that you can add in whatever you like. Some Tik Tokers add blue food coloring for an authentic look or Oreo crumbs for a sweeter taste. In contrast, others prefer almond slices for a more nutty flavor.
