What You’ll Need

This Paula Deen recipe is amazing, not only because the end result is delicious, but also because you don’t need too many ingredients. All you’ll need is about ½ a head of grated cauliflower, 300 grams of mozzarella, two tablespoons of parmesan cheese, one large egg, 230 grams of grape tomatoes, 60 grams of tomato sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, red pepper flakes, and any other toppings of your choice.

How To Make It

Making a low-carb cauliflower pizza crust couldn’t be easier. Simply microwave the grated cauliflower for around 7-8 minutes, so it’s soft. Once it’s cool, mix in the mozzarella, parmesan, egg, and the seasoning. Once you have this mixture, place it onto a greased pizza pan and make it into a round shape. Of course, you could choose to make yourself a square pizza base if you’re that way inclined. The pizza base world is your oyster. Place this base in the oven for around 10-15 minutes, and once it’s golden, add your toppings. Then, place in the oven once again for 10 minutes.
